Warehouse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all stock is accurately managed, and that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
    • Oversee the warehouse team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that deadlines are met.
  • Inventory Control:
    • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
    • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stock losses and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures, with the ability to implement and maintain effective systems.
