We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy catering service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including sandwiches, rolls, and breakfast options.
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect and clean crockery and cutlery, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Local candidates with their own transport are preferred due to the early start time.
- Hours of Work: 6:30am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).
