Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and managing instructions on projects from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration and project management
  • Traditional building surveying work such as inspection and reports, defects analysis, measured surveys, specification writing and design, full building surveys.
  • Commercial property instructions
  • Schedules of condition and report/ awards for dilapidations and party wall matters

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree in relevant field
  • MRICS status or working towards
  • Residential and commercial building experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills
  • Highly motivated with excellent work ethic
  • Computer literate
