Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced LCV Technician to join our team in the Reading area.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing light commercial vehicles. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of workmanship while meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of light commercial vehicles
  • Carrying out diagnostic tests to identify faults and diagnose problems
  • Repairing and replacing faulty components
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
  • Meeting productivity targets and quality standards

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive basic salary, you can also expect a significant bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance. You will also benefit from working hours that include Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and one Saturday morning per month (1 in 3), with the following Friday afternoon off.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a good technical understanding of motor vehicles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be willing to learn new skills and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
