About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Business Consultant to join our established team at NEC Software Solutions. The successful candidate will have expertise in Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit, with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve in demanding circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist knowledge and support to our clients in the area of Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the field of Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit.

Requirements

  • Expertise and extensive up-to-date knowledge in the area of Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem solve in demanding circumstances.
  • Ability to work on your own or part of a team and on multiple projects in parallel.
  • UK Driving license and willing to work away from home as required.

Desirable Skills

  • Integration / Interfaces (with NEC R&B products).
  • Experience of working with customers and / or external agencies.
  • Experience of delivering training and / or seminars.
  • Experience of Processing within NEC.
  • Recent Experience of System Administration processes within NEC.
