Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team in Children's Services. As a Safeguarding Social Worker, you will be responsible for working within the assessment service, conducting thorough assessments, and providing support to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide support to children and families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in Safeguarding and Assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
