Education Instructor

At Liberty Training, we strive to empower individuals from vulnerable backgrounds to reach their full potential. As an Education Tutor, you will play a vital role in our Specialist Post-16 College and soon-to-be-established high school, Liberty High.

This part-time position, 22.6 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, offers an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering IT qualifications from level 1 to level 2 and providing support for learners in preparation for entering the workplace.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata)

• You will teach employability, functional skills, and British values to challenging and disengaged young people with SEND.
• Responsibilities include designing fun and engaging activities to promote learning.

We seek someone with innovative ideas that diverge from traditional teaching methods. The ideal candidate should be experienced in teaching IT and have a passion for helping students progress into education, employment, training, or volunteering.
