Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu concepts and culinary strategies
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability among team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve kitchen operations and customer satisfaction
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.00, plus bonuses and overtime pay
  • A guaranteed minimum of 40 or 48 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and overtime

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and safety
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
