About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments with potential customers
- Arrange appointments between Financial Consultants and qualified leads
- Manage Conveyancing leads and maintain regular contact with vendors and potential purchasers
- Conduct competitor checks and prospect for new business opportunities
- Provide viewing feedback to vendors and ensure properties are matched to the needs of potential buyers
- Prepare valuation sheets and sales particulars for Managers and Valuers
- Undertake viewings and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Personal drive and initiative
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Well-dressed and well-presented at all times
- Enthusiastic and high-energy approach to work
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-oriented environment
