Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Poultry Farm Worker to join our client's team in the Market Rasen area. As a Poultry Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily farm tasks, ensuring the welfare of the birds, and maintaining the overall health and productivity of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily farm tasks, including checking on the welfare of the birds, ensuring food and water are available, and performing general farm duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the farm team to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Previous experience in poultry farming is preferred, but a good understanding of the role and its requirements is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:45am to 15:45pm, with every third weekend.

Pay: £11.44 per hour.
