About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Worker to join our team at Milk Education. As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism and other learning disabilities in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism and other learning disabilities in a group setting and one-to-one interactions.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Manage challenging behavior with empathy and confidence.

Requirements

  • 6 months minimum experience working in a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant role.
  • Empathy and passion for working with children with Autism and other learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
