Salary Details

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 based on 30 hours per week, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and employee recognition.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Worker to join our Oxford House Supported Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users to develop personalized support plans, promote socially inclusive activities, and provide holistic support in areas affecting wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing personalized support plans with service users.
2. Collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive support services are provided.
3. Facilitating access to community groups and promoting socially inclusive activities.
4. Providing ongoing support and guidance to service users.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A valid driving license and access to a car.
• An understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification (an advantage).
