We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Transformation Expert to lead the implementation of Siemens NX and Capital software. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes, configuring the software to optimize performance and functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLM concepts, tools, and best practices, as well as experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency with PLM software, particularly Siemens tools like Teamcenter, NX, and Capital, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment of Siemens NX and Capital software to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Siemens NX and Capital to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for transformation.
  • Develop strategies to enhance product development processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Siemens NX and Capital.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on PLM systems and business transformation.
  • Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
  • Certification in TOGAF, PMP, or similar frameworks (desirable).
  • Proficiency with PLM software (ideally Siemens tools such as Teamcenter, NX, Capital) (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders (desirable).

Estimated Salary:£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
