As a Supervisor at Greggs, you will be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru services. Your key objective will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience, whether customers shop in-store or online.
