Job Title: Physical Education Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Education Instructor to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Physical Education lessons to students, developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans, and assessing and evaluating students' progress in PE activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons to students
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress in PE activities
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities
  • Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Physical Education or a related field
  • Experience teaching PE at the primary or secondary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The Physical Education Instructor will work full-time hours in a school environment, with responsibilities including teaching classes, planning lessons, and organising extracurricular activities. The role may involve occasional weekend or evening commitments for sports events or competitions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
