We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for handling new and existing insurance risks for our sector-leading insurance broker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Specialize in the local area, providing quotations to taxi drivers and establishing relationships with bases, fleet owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage general administration tasks, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and handling client queries.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and quality control.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance sales, preferably in the motor vehicle sector.
  • Fluency and confidence in dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and negotiate with insurers.
