Job Title: Public Service Vehicle Mechanic

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a PSV or HGV Technician, ideally within the transport industry. Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair) are essential. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to maintenance, are also required.

You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on the company's fleet of PSVs. Accurate records of work carried out and parts used must be maintained, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are ready for daily operations is also a key aspect of the role.
