Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join our team at Listers Toyota Dealership in Bristol South. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful dealership that represents some of the world's most prestigious car brands.

**Job Summary**
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers find the right vehicle that meets their needs. Your goal will be to achieve monthly KPIs by maximising opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
• Adhere to Company FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A valid UK driving licence
• Previous experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership environments (full training provided)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
