We are seeking a highly skilled Production Setup Expert to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd in West Bromwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating laser equipment, working closely with our manufacturing client to ensure high-quality production.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience working with lasers, preferably Trumpf or Amada. Knowledge of turret punches and press brakes is advantageous, but not essential. You will work a 39-hour week, Monday to Thursday (7:45 am - 4:45 pm) and Friday (7:45 am - 12:45 pm). You must be UK-based and able to commute to West Bromwich daily. Sponsorship is not available, so you will need to have full leave to remain in the UK.
Key Requirements- Experience working with lasers, preferably Trumpf or Amada
- Knowledge of turret punches and press brakes (advantageous)
- Ability to set up and operate laser equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £14 per hour. You will also receive a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a competitive hourly rate, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
