About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough research on clients and engage in proactive outreach to develop extensive knowledge of the local market.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess the company's propensity to use our services.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to bring on new business.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 + uncapped commission (depending on experience).
