Quest Employment is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Banbury team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates, while driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Gather competitor information through resources
  • Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts
  • Cultivate strong client and candidate relationships
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 plus uncapped bonus structure (Immediate bonus OTE £30K-34K)
