About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Global Highland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our clients' employment and personnel processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and scheduling interviews
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external employment agencies
  3. Collate and review job applications, and draw up staff contracts
  4. Conduct probation period interviews and liaise with payroll regarding contract amendments
  5. Act as a coach and advisor to management on employee relations and performance management

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a coaching management style. They will also have experience working in a general HR role, such as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist, and be working towards or have gained CIPD status.

This part-time role requires 12-16 hours per week, and offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
