About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at a family-run provider. As a Clinical Lead, you will work alongside an experienced General Manager to provide effective leadership within a fully compliant service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the service is fully compliant
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:
Experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
