**Job Title:** Health Care Assistant

**Salary:** £12.82 - £16.80 per hour including Holiday Pay

**Location:** Spalding area

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Swift Healthcare Staffing Solutions LTD.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Care Assistant (6 Months+) and a passion for providing excellent care to residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Aiding with resident's personal hygiene
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
• Upholding a strong level of clinical standards
• Moving and handling
• Monitoring of condition (Weight, temperatures, pulse etc.)
• Following clinical direction of a Nurse or managerial staff
• Providing first rate care
