Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn Worthing Seafront. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • Hotel Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of our services and high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our housekeeping and leadership teams to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, implementing initiatives to increase revenue and improve efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Hotel Operations Experience: Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong understanding of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth and implement initiatives to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
