Job Title: Lead Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Progression)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of an Estimator and Project Manager, working on varying sized projects within the M&E Commercial sector across the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a small team of an Estimator and Project Manager
  • Work on varying sized projects within the M&E Commercial sector across the South West
  • Exciting Progression to Commercial Director

Requirements:

  • Previous background within Project Management, Estimating or Quantity Surveying
  • Holds a UK Drivers License

We are a highly reputable M&E Specialist with a proven background in delivering turnkey solutions to commercial customers. We have a reputable team of 40 employees and exciting plans to grow while remaining technical experts.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (OTE: £77,000) + Car Allowance
  • Progression to Commercial Director
  • Profit Bonus Circa £3, days holiday

Location:

Office and Home based, commutable from Plymouth, Plympton, Ivybridge, Modbury, Saltash, Yelverton, Liskeard and surrounding areas
