  • Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness.

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, creating coverage lists and generating reports to track campaign success.

About You
  • A degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism (or a related field).
  • Some experience in a business setting, preferably in PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and pitches.
  • Good organizational skills, including email management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of copywriting and editing principles.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • An interest in the charity and social purpose sector.
  • Basic design skills, with experience in creating templates using Canva or similar tools.
  • A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in current affairs.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • The ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic budget management skills.

  • A competitive salary of circa £23,400 per annum pro rata.
  • The opportunity to start on a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • A high potential to grow to a full-time permanent opportunity.
  • A flexible working environment, with the option to work from home or in our Brighton office.
