Community Mental Health Nurse in North East London

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in North East London. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults with acute mental health problems.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have:
- A clear understanding of Home Treatment/Crisis Resolution Model of service delivery, including gatekeeping and facilitating early discharges from the ward.
- Ability to work under pressure, both as an independent practitioner and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating aspects of care.
- Ability to travel efficiently throughout the area.
