About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ledbury in Herefordshire. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems.

Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of production lines, including electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Carry out fault finding checks and diagnostics on machinery to identify root causes of failures.
  • Develop and implement preventative actions to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to educate them on basic repairs and maintain effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of production equipment and PLCs.
  • Trained in electrical and/or mechanical engineering (Minimum level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
