South East Asia Travel Consultant Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury independent Asia specialist tour operator as a seasoned Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of South East Asia, India, or Sri Lanka and be based in our offices in South London or work in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and sell bespoke tours around South-East Asia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and the Maldives with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Take ownership of the entire holiday process from booking through to feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Book flights and all other travel arrangements with a focus on delivering luxury experiences.
  • Contribute ideas for product development, focusing on a particular country or countries assigned to you.
Requirements:
  • Essential knowledge of SE Asia, particularly Sri Lanka & India.
  • Experience in tailor-making holidays, preferably luxury holidays.
  • Sales-focused with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent telephone and email manner.
Additional Information:
  • Competitive salary range of £30-45k + bonus, dependent on experience and background.
  • Based in our offices in South London, with hybrid options available.
  • Monday to Friday working hours with occasional Saturday work and evening shifts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SE Asia, India, or Sri Lanka.
