Job Overview
As a Support Coordinator with Home Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our flexible bank and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with daily activities such as cooking, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Conduct welfare checks and get involved in various services we have across Gloucester and Cheltenham.
- Help customers access external services to promote their independence.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work at short notice and pick your next shift.
- Experience of supporting vulnerable people and a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans and keeping in touch with colleagues.
