Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with daily activities such as cooking, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Conduct welfare checks and get involved in various services we have across Gloucester and Cheltenham.
  • Help customers access external services to promote their independence.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work at short notice and pick your next shift.
  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans and keeping in touch with colleagues.
