Job Title: DIN Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DIN Supervisor to provide field supervision and leadership to the Do It Now Crew in responding to customer needs while performing various maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to staff to ensure equipment is maintained properly
  • Manage multiple tasks such as setting work schedules, ordering materials, and supervising staff
  • Perform inspections of equipment and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Considerable knowledge in one or more of the following trades: HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing
  • Working knowledge of overall general maintenance in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fields
  • Working knowledge of trade hand tools used in testing electrical devices and aligning shafts and pumps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role or trade
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
