We are currently seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Bupa. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity for 12 months with a salary range of £37,000-£45,000 based on experience.

About the Role:

This position involves designing and delivering business intelligence solutions that support informed decision-making within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in ETL activity, and familiarity with customer contact technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into customer journeys.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues in the Operations Hub and Customer Contact teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • You will take ownership of delivering business intelligence solutions in a timely manner, highlighting risks as appropriate.
  • You will represent the team in various projects, acting as a subject matter expert and offering advice and guidance.
  • You will share your technical skillset with peers across the business through coaching and training sessions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong technical background with experience in manipulating large data sets and challenging existing processes.
  • Experience in ETL activity, ideally in a customer contact environment.
  • Familiarity with customer contact technology.
  • The ability to keep up-to-date with new products and data management techniques.
