Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Skilled Careers. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Set technical direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Strong background in software development and coding.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with cloud computing and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
