We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for delivering facilities and estate-specific projects, while overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the estate service.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the senior estate and facilities professional on project work assigned, ensuring a clear and documented estate plan for each project and leading the implementation of these plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust contract performance management framework for each project, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate Facilities/Estates staff and external contractors in the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead the estates input regarding property acquisition, including identification of suitable properties and due diligence.
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for consideration by the Head of Estates and the Executive/Director team.
- Work alongside the Estates Manager and the wider estates team in the delivery of business-as-usual estate activity, including site visits, contract monitoring meetings, and supervision of reactive repairs.
- Experience in Facilities Management/Estates Management, with a strong background in project management.
- Extensive knowledge of building compliance and safety, with a UK driving license.
- Health and safety knowledge in the build environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency in the UK.
