About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Enthusiast to join our team at the Dorset Square Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Execute kitchen operations with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with our kitchen team, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prepare and deliver room service orders promptly and to the highest quality standards.
  • Proactively complete food prep tasks for upcoming service, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a solid understanding of kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.
  • We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about food and take pride in delivering dishes of the highest quality.
  • As a Culinary Enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to supervise a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels within your section and assisting with ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
