About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Senior Caseworker - Behaviour Change Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing a team of caseworkers, delivering interventions to children and young people, and assessing risk and needs to ensure the safe delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of caseworkers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Deliver interventions to children and young people, either individually or as part of a group, to address their behaviour and support their well-being.
  • Assess risk and needs, ensuring the safe delivery of our services and identifying opportunities for early intervention and prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and young people.
Requirements
  • A genuine belief in the importance of behaviour change and early intervention.
  • Management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
  • Personal resilience and good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • A good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families.
