Capio Recruitment Legal is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a focus on wills, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and vulnerable clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Advising clients on the administration of estates, including intestacies and high-value, complex estates.
  • Providing tailored tax and estate planning advice, with a focus on preserving wealth for future generations.
  • Advising on the creation and management of trusts, both lifetime and will trusts.
  • Drafting a variety of legal documents, such as wills, trust deeds, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that clients receive an empathetic, responsive, and professional service.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client law. They will have a genuine passion for this area of work and the ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
