Procurement Coordinator Job Description:

Anderson Knight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other departments to optimize inventory management and prevent any disruptions to production or sales. Your duties will include:

* Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
* Tracking and recording stock levels, deliveries, and stock movements in the system.
* Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
* Managing reorder points and generating purchase orders when stock levels are low.
* Overseeing stock replenishment and ensuring timely ordering of items.
* Coordinating with suppliers for timely and accurate deliveries.
* Tracking and monitoring purchase orders, deliveries, and product lead times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong organizational skills. The salary for this position is approximately £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
