Care Home Training Consultant

Job Description:
Pursue a rewarding career as a Care Home Trainer with our esteemed client in the Manchester region. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, including a £35,000 basic salary, £5,000 car allowance, contributory pension, healthcare scheme, and 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training in care homes or nursing homes, with a background in health and social care. A full driving license is essential for this position, as frequent travel across the Manchester region is required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions in care homes and nursing homes
- Cover multiple sites within the region
- Maintain accurate records of training activities
Job Requirements:

- A degree in a relevant field, such as health and social care
- Proven experience in delivering training in care homes or nursing homes
- A full driving license and ability to drive long distances
