Job Description

You'll be an integral part of a supportive team, working closely with the Shop Manager to serve customers and build strong relationships. With a passion for sports or great customer service, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Urging safer gambling practices to ensure customers gamble responsibly.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and handling bets on a wide range of sports and events.
  • Help customers understand our products and betting terminals to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain high shop standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals to drive business success.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to work in our betting shops.
  • Take ownership of your work and be proactive in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and shop standards.
