Arbuthnot Yon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team as a Commercial Contracts Specialist. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, working closely with our stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft high-value commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on contract law and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, sales teams, and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts law, with a strong background in negotiation and drafting.
