Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our high-performing property department in Newton-le-Willows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our fee earners, handling client enquiries, and ensuring seamless transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads, from inception to completion
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks, including opening and closing files for solicitors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of Sale and Purchase transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload
