Recruitment Business Partner Specialist

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the local business and client needs, taking proactive steps to obtain accurate sources of information and translate this into effective recruitment practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing targeted research to identify qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research personnel
- Researching, assembling, and analyzing data to effectively make recommendations regarding recruiting efforts
- Screens and interviews candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the requirements of open positions
- Ensuring qualifications are met and scheduling interviews for hiring managers and executives
- Overseeing all pre-employment requirements to ensure compliance and proper applicant status progression for record maintenance
- Collaborating with Leaders and Human Resources on Recruiting specific issues related to new hire requirements, compensation, EEOC, etc.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external Recruiting resources
- Maintaining a professional and accurate representation of Teleperformance to all candidates
- Reviewing onboarding completion to ensure new hire paperwork is complete and accurate before progressing candidate through the life cycle
- Effectively communicating expectations to candidates
- Communicating employment offers and orientation requirements to candidates
- Accurately maintaining recruiting data by timely dis-positioning and reporting
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
