Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our sales team at Orfium, a global technology leader in the entertainment industry. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining and supporting all aspects of the sales process, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data management, customer information, and key metrics.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for the sales team.
  • Sales Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing trends, pipeline activity, and historical data.
  • Sales Tools Management: Manage and implement sales tools and platforms to enhance sales productivity and ensure the team is equipped with the best resources.
  • Sales Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and tools, and support onboarding and ongoing training for new sales team members.
  • Pipeline and Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales activities and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and support the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience required) and familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing sales processes and workflows, with a track record of implementing systems that improve efficiency.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially when managing data, reporting, and documentation.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring alignment and contributing to shared goals.
