Job Summary
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and caring Wellbeing Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Health and Wellness Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness sessions and consultations to our members.
About the Role
- Deliver a range of fitness sessions and consultations to members, including personal training, group training, and inductions.
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
- Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of fitness and wellness.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Nuffield Health by identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as exercise science or sports management.
- REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fitness and wellness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
