Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ABR. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top-tier candidates for GTM roles, with a focus on Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent in the SaaS industry.
- Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics.
- Networking & Outreach: Leverage your professional network and social media presence to identify potential clients and candidates, and engage with industry professionals.
- Prospecting: Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach, utilizing your problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
- Business Development: Identify and engage with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- A driven and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for recruitment and a desire to build a successful career.
- An innovative problem solver with a strong social presence and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in business development or account management is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude, infectious energy, and a desire to thrive in the scale-up space.
- Confidence in working autonomously with a high degree of accountability.
- A competitive base salary up to £25,000 with uncapped earning potential (double OTE).
