Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Octagon. As a key member of our motorsports team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and events throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of motorsports events, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Event Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Hospitality: Manage VIP guest programs, including scheduling, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Rights Management: Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • Sponsorship Activation: Develop and implement activation plans to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
  • Brand Management: Collaborate with the account director to develop and execute brand strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, tracking, and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of motorsports and the commercial landscape is a plus.
