**About the Role**

The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Bar Chef de Rang to join our team in our fine dining restaurant, Brooklands. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working closely with our Commis Waiters to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide friendly, yet unobtrusive service to guests, with a passion for excellence.
  • Understand and follow our service standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our guests.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of our menus, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and appropriate style of service.
  • Ensure the efficient use of food and beverage items, as well as equipment and tools.
  • Utilize our Point of Sale (POS) system to manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain the daily condition of our physical facilities and equipment, making recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Good knowledge of food and beverage trends in service and culinary experience.
  • Experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury 5* hotel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
