About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves working closely with our dedicated teachers to ensure the student has access to a high-quality education and can achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  1. Adapt Teaching Methods: Provide 1:1 support to the student with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
  2. Collaborate with Parents: Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them updated on the child's progress or concerns.
  3. Assist with Classroom Tasks: Help with generic tasks as needed on an Ad-Hoc basis.
Salary and Benefits

This SEN Teaching Assistant role comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an SEN education role is essential.
